Certificate in Coaching
The course provides professional knowledge in Coaching. It combines a concrete content and a balanced combination between the scientific knowledge and the practical approach. Each lesson offers the necessary skills, techniques tools, coaching models and coaching practice for the creation of Professional Coaches based on the international standards and implementations. The combination of the scientific approach and the high levels of practice are in parallel with the international standards of the Association of Coaching and other international bodies.
This online course is more than 100 hours along with coaching practice of more than 26 hours. Furthermore, it is estimated that the study time needed – including the time for assignments – is more than 100 hours too. Every participant has the necessary training hours for those who wish to be credentialed at the levels of Executive & Professional Coach // Professional Executive Coach. Besides the accredited training, working hours will be needed based on the AC standards.
For participating in this training course, the candidate should have the following conditions: a degree from any kind of higher education or relevant working experience or both. After successfully completing the lessons, the participant will receive a certificate of specialized training.

-The process of knowing & understanding my own self based on various objective (scientific methods) and non objective (practical) – perceptions - the understanding of my own self on the basis of our internal perception and the reality

Module 4 : Developing Coaching Skills Lesson: 1-8
-the effective communication model, the concept of communication, understanding, and its utilization in the professional, social and personal life - communication tools
-the importance and the development of listening skills , the levels of listening, the creation of a good listener, the non verbal communication, listening barriers
-the power of questions in the coaching process : asking questions and receiving answers, creating a to-the point- question in depth answer analysis in clients favor, various types of questions
-the meaning and the use of the rapport in coaching meetings with clients. How can a coach build rapport with its clients and how to use it in their favor?
-the meaning and the use of structures in the coaching process in the clients favor
-helping the clients to create a visions or action plan

Module 5 : Coaching Models // Lesson 1-2-3
-the module presents, defines and gives practical steps for understanding, using and implementing the Grow, Personal Brilliance and targets planning and achievement models for finding and achieving through concrete steps and in concrete time & cost the desiring goals
Module 6 : Frameworks and Theories // Lesson 1-4
-the module presents an introduction and understanding of often complex theories in a quite simple approach. The student discovers some of the key theories and philosophies, that have influenced coaching, and still do.

Module 7: Coaching meeting // Lesson 1
-coaching meeting, the rules between the client and the coach, the agreement, the results orientation, the beginning of the session.
-presentation and analysis of the coaching session in details and in depth. How does a coach treat? What and how does he/she asks analyze them and help the client to solve the problem. Set up client expectations, measure and receive feedback from clients managing difficult or challenging clients.
The successful completion of the training programme requires

The e-learning programme is implemented via a user-friendly educational platform adjusted to the Distance Learning Principles.
