Eleni Symeou has studied for her BSc in the Department of Science and Technology of Foods of the Agricultural University of Athens, she obtained her MSc, and then studied for a PhD in Oenology, both in the same Department. Since October 2000 until now, she has been working as a teacher, in private and public foundations of professional studies, as an Instructor of adults in seminars of Viticulture-enology at the Institute of Agricultural Sciences, and as a Researcher at the Agricultural University Athens. Moreover, she worked at the Ministry of Agriculture, and now she elaborates Programs of Additional Education (e-learning) at the Centre of Continuing Education and Training.She has attended a Seminar of training-300 hours, in the frame of the program “Education of Instructors” of the Ministry of Education, and she has experience in the use of High Performance Liquid Chromatography (HPLC), Gas Chromatography – Mass Spectrometry (GC-MS), Wine and Food Chemistry and Microbiology. She has an Authorization of Exercise of Profession of Geotechnical of Specialty of Agriculture, and an Introductive Registration of Instructors of Adults. She speaks Greek, English and French, and she is certified in computer use. She has 5 Publications.
